Meet Jennifer Lin, The Founder

In 2016, I decided to take the discipline, analytical thinking, and business insight gained from a 20+ year career in the corporate world in Asia to the UK and start my property investment career.

Thus far, and since the Covid 19 pandemic started, I’ve completed deals for 40 units of Rent-to-rent properties and acquired a 1br flat at 49% below-market-value. I have also facilitated 7-8 deals per month on average since October 2020 for Hong Kong investors looking to buy properties in the UK.

Having been trained by the best in the UK property industry, over the past year I’ve built a team of highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals who live and breathe UK real estate.

Now, we’re looking to help those interested in investing in UK properties to grow alongside us.
